If interested in renting, a lease will be provided and a security deposit required to lock in the week and rate of your choice.  Few comments about the lease contract:

1.  This is a pet free home.  While we love animals, this minimizes any potential allergy issues with renters, reduces the possibility of damage to the home and furniture as well as decreases the chance of any liability issues.

 

2.  This is a smoke free home.  As with above, our goal is to provide the cleanest possible product for our clients to ensure folks with asthma or other issues can feel comfortable and enjoy the place.

3.  This home is located in a very quiet and quaint area of the North End.  Many of the homes are used exclusively by their owners and not rented.  Therefore, expect the neighbors to be quiet, respectful, and friendly as they will be expecting the same from you.
